It is my pleasure and honor to introduce myself as director of MIMS Academy. I am privileged to lead a institute with such resilient students, an incredibly committed team, visionary governing board and a supportive school community.
I am dedicated to continuing our students’ successes and will strive to keep up the positive relationships, rigorous learning, and the outstanding inclusive learning environment that encourages our students to celebrate their unique and diverse strengths.
My professional background is rooted in education, leadership and management, educational research, and school improvement. For the past fifteen years, I have worked in the education sector as a school leader, teacher educator, improvement partner, and counseling mentor. I look forward to using these collective experiences as your new director.
